Lead is a term which we generally use to define the customer service request. There are mainly 5 types of lead - 1. New Lead 2. Ongoing Lead 3. Followup Lead 4. Completed Lead 5. Denied Lead. A New lead mainly contains all the necessary information regarding the customer and their issue related to RO system. Our service partner can accept any lead at nominal cost (depends upon the nature of lead).

1. By using ServiceOnDoors Vendor Application you can associate with us. Once verified by our team, you can finally use our mobile app and accept lead.
2. ServiceOnDoors propose free joining for partners, there is no renewal and annual maintenance charge.
3. ServiceOnDoors is our commitment to bring professionalism, good service and trust to the home repair service and maintenance business.

How to Use Our Mobile App -

It is very simple to use and do not consume more space on your mobile. You can simply register yourself by filling up the details required. Once you are done with your registration process, then you will be verified by our team within 1-2 days. Once you are verified, you can now login with your registered Email Id and Password. After logging, you find different buttons (Profile, New lead, Ongoing, Denied, Follow up, Complete, Complaint, Recharge, Recharge List, Help & Support, and Report) on your Landing Page. Where you can accept and deny your lead. If you want to check your total working history then you can click on “REPORT” button. Report button helps you to recall your total work report .This application is only available for the Android mobile phone user.
