The last update was supposed to include "performance enhancements", but in reality it made the app worse than it was before. I constantly find that the app lags during the initial startup, usually stuck on the yellow RTC screen. This has caused me to miss several buses because I haven't been able to scan my pass to board. Drivers are taking note of the issue, but not all are accommodating. I have cleared cache, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app but no improvement. Fix it ASAP!

It's a functional app, which is the best I can say about it. How a city agency doesn't have an all-in-one transportation app at this point, I don't know. The whole ride experience has been largely negative, with off time bus arrivals, reroute inconveniences, and traffic that only makes a "short" ride feel arduous. You're better off paying for the other methods of transportation.

Much more convenient to buy and use tickets via this app versus a physical ticket. Just buy the ticket you need, hop on to a bus, scan, and ride! Some complaints are that it's aesthetically very dated, it doesn't recommend lines to take to get from point A to B, automatic log off cannot be disabled, features of Transit (3rd party) is not integrated in anyway, and (though more a complaint to RTC's system in general) commuting prices to the Strip area from a residential area can baffle locals.
