Ratings and reviews

The delivery system is so much smoother than Coupang Eats. Their estimated delivery times are accurate. And, even though they have many of the same restaurants as Coupang Eats or 요기요, they somehow have more options from those restaurants (larger pizzas, double burgers, etc). Really happy I switched to this delivery app.

Worst app ever. I updated my address, but food was delivered to my previous home address. I tried to cancel my order as soon I saw the order was scheduled to be delivered to my previous house. They have the worst call center... worst than immigration call center. It keep on saying they are busy and busy. I kept on trying other day hoping I will get refund. Finally they answered my call but they said sorry we can not give you refund. Never using this app again. I hope they stop scamming people

This app really needs to cater to American Military as well. Do you not know how much American military is in this country and money you would get if this was in English and not have to do some stupid citizenship number and use foreign cards? You would be better than Yogiyo if you cater to American military and foreigners. Think outside the marketing box.
