Tried on 3 different Samsung phones and one apple IPhone, it keeps on crashing. My phone restarted by itself twice and gave error messages each time I tried to download from a Flip TV (using scan option). One of the phones managed to scan and download with a success rate of about 1 out of 10 only. Tried using the WiFi address too, but that doesn't work either. If this is not fixed, I will buy the Samsung Flip TV which we tried on demo.

doesn't work at all. my coworkers got it to work on a device but my phone won't connect at all. every time it says it fails....

Doesn't work on my Google Pixel 8 app opens and flashes at the top and bottom of the screen. Also I can't click on any buttons.
