GoMo Mobile Banking app enables you to scan the Bharat QR code displayed at merchant’s shop / online website through our GOMO app to make payments for purchase of commodity, availing service, bill payments, e-commerce etc.

From the day the app has been updated I'm trying to update it through cellular data as well as from wifi. But no luck. N because of the pending update my transactions have been stuck. What kind of update is this? Today when I updated the app it literally has driven me hate the bank. No proper service when I try to log in. Then there is so much of waiting time. U did not have to update if u cannot fix the problem. Also the toll free number does not exist. Wow. Congratulations.

Dear Support Team/Representative, I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with the Sararwat Bank Mobile Banking App in My Samsung J7 Model Android Version 6.6.1 Mobil . After granting all the necessary permissions, the application process seems to be stuck and does not proceed any further. I have tried restarting the application, checking for updates, clearing cache and data, and even reinstalling the application, but the issue persists.

Not working as suggested in latest version and mail received. After entering all required fields for want of mobile number verification. Thereafter no response from the app to validate the mobile number. Hence stuck with the remaining requirements for activation. Need for your information and support for speedy response and updation. ***Latest update: after posting the above issue related to app. It's resolved within 10/15 minutes. Thanks 🙏👍 That means is it required to lodge a complaint?😂
