I've got two devices that I've tried to use with this app and neither of them will stay connected for more than a few seconds to a few minutes into play. The devices just shut off entirely even though they're at full or +90% charge. The longest I've had a device stay connected to the app was not even 3 minutes before disconnecting. I'm trying to get in touch with support but they've only said to reset the devices and unpair them, which I've already done a number of times. It's disappointing.

The developers need to realize that not everyone can make a video call, so this feature is very inconvenient, especially when you consider your biggest competitors in this market don't have such a requirement. I bought this brand because of prior experience with the technology and I like it. But the app isn't quite there yet. However, the "pause" feature in Close Range mode is priceless, and the one reason this review has 3 stars instead of 2. Please do not remove that feature!!

Was hoping to use this to replace my other one like it but not having proper a how to guide is frustrating. Then having to find out through reviews that you have to be on a video chat just to let my partner take control is disappointing and unsatisfying. Neither of us can video chat while playing with this and I agree with others that having it run in the background while on the phone would be a great improvement.
