Quarter star. Detect location does not automatically refresh; merchant actually refused me to use a booky promo saying that they do not have a booky QR when the QR was right in front of us. And worse, there is no customer service representative to connect to to help me.

Hello booky, I've been trying to call and send you a message but unfortunately no one answering any of my call or text. I want to request for Refund/cancel my transaction for failed delivery reason. " Hindi ba lumalabas sa system niyo ang mga failed delivery?" Wala ring nag re -reach out sa inyo about delivery and transaction failed. Last year I subscribed to Booky again, for one year. It was supposed to have a Landers promo which I did not get. Quite sad because I could not use the app. It comes with a "something went wrong" msg when I check on Account details. The people behind it are generous and kind. They immediately attend to concerns too. It is one great app for foodies and budget friendly, too
