Mobile deposit never works No thanks I've no interest in contacting customer service. Get a better tech team. I've discussed this issue every time I've had to deposit a check in person with each branch manager over the past year. Your trans can trouble shoot and test on multiple devices across multiple platforms without reading any more of my time

I don't like the new app at all. I don't like the way it looks, I don't like that it takes longer to load up, and I really don't like the way my purchases are shown, in this weird backwards order plus not showing where the purchases were made without having to click on each individual amount. Plus the pop up messages that show up every time I sign on even though I've x'd them out each time, it's really annoying. Why did you change it? Most people are happy with a simple app, I know I was.

Thank you for your feedback. Transactions are shown in date order from newest to oldest. The funnel icon enables you to filter the transactions further. The transactions should show the place of purchase without having to click to see the details. Please email us at Customerfeedback@seacoastbank.com so we can assist you further.

The app change continues to be very bad. Not only did it visually go back a decade it also shows my available balance in such an inconvenient way now. When I do transfers they are never in order. For example if I had $5 in my main checking and transfer 30 for a purchase before purchasing. It will not show the transfer in the history until the purchase. So it shows I went negative by 25 and THEN transferred the money. So transactions are out of order.
