I have really started to like this app so I purchased a monthly subscription. I am supposed to be able to watch all series for free for 30 days. I purchased it on August 4 and right now I have to pay if I want to watch after the daily rewards check in is gone. Please fix this $49.99 is a lot of money. I am on a fixed income and just wanted to enjoy something for a change. Please help me fix it. Other than this problem it is a fantastic app.

It started out fine. The background music and the volume levels of conversations were wonky but dealable. As it's gone on, it's gotten way worse. The background music is completely unnecessary in most cases, and the volume is ridiculously loud. In this last episode of the drama I'm currently watching, Being Spoiled by the Bosses After Marriage, you can't even hear the conversation; If it wasn't for the subtitles you wouldn't know what was going on at all.

Paid for the monthly subscription but the app didn't give me the benefits it was suppose to. Did end up paying for the quarterly which did work. I've reached out on the feedback tool to have them refund me the monthly subscription but can't reach them. The numbers provided for support don't work (Both numbers say the line is busy and doesn't give the chance to leave a message).
