Building X Fire Connect lets you stay in touch with your connected Siemens Fire protection systems from anywhere. You can see the live status of your connected sites, check current and historical events, as well as subscribe to and receive customizable push notifications based on your role and responsibility. This way, the app provides status awareness and peace of mind at any time. 

For Fire Safety engineer accounts, the App additionally includes features to streamline the detector testing process with a smooth interplay with Fire Portal.

• App tour explaining new app features & navigation
• App lock after configurable time to avoid unauthorized use

Fire standard & Fire advanced users:
• “Devices” menu, showing installed devices incl. dates of functional tests and visual checks, filter option to check maintenance completion on the fly
• Set visual checks to OK automatically when a detector is tested manually
• Activate alarm indicator to verify location
• Extended support for Text-to-Speech during testing
