Ratings and reviews

I have used this app for almost 8 years now and it has progressively got worse. Nothing seems to wok as intended anymore and doesn't operate my garage in any fashion. Service is intermittent and I have learned not to use the app anymore. This used to be my favorite smart home addition and now I am unistalling and removing the device.

4 different devices, s7, a51, and 2 tablets. They don't get quick notifications about opening and closing. I know about sleeping apps, I know about deep sleeping apps, I know about optimization of apps, I know about the never sleep option. Nexx used to be great and now it can take up to 30 minutes before you get notified - 30 minutes is 30 too long. This is more than 5 years of use and I can only guess its going to get worse.

Update 1/12/24: The Just drive feature still doesn't work after the One UI 6.0 update. This app works great on my husband's iPhone. My phone is a Samsung Flip 4, and my carrier is AT&T If that helps. Just Drive Doesn't Work The App works to manually open and close the door, but even with the geo fence set at the maximum distance of 250, and the phone unlocked, and the Nexx app open the Just Drive function to automatically open the door doesn't work.
