Hi, I have the gas/water monitor, when you want to configure the optical sensors, the last step where you need to test the pulses with red line, at that point, the app crashes after a few sec on that screen, tested with OnePlus and Pixel device, both same issue... Ticket 81390 voor screenshots

Apparently Smappee hasn't considered the possibility that a home that has one of their chargers may change owners. The app is completely unusable for me as "this serial number is already in use" and their support pages offer no guidance whatsoever.

My Smappee hardware has been working fine since 2017. Initially it was exciting to find new appliances. With this new app though, no appliances are found and the visualisations are gone. I have switches and they are good, but very limited data is available from them. For instance I can't see the power usage over a specific time period. For my system, I'd probably get the same or better info from a much cheaper device.
