Ratings and reviews

They cut the time so short you cannot get ahead unless you BUY coin or fast clock. Very disappointing because it would be kind of fun to play if you didn't have to pay to play. Also, there is nothing to explain what the 3 icons at the lower right corner are for.. It's frustrating. After a certain level the game is completely unplayable because you cannot complete it and the time allotted. I bought the Dean, to help and this is suppose to appear to help.... NOTHING. contacted support, no answer!

It is a fun game. No ads that get in the way. Here's the rub though. Gold is difficult to earn to keep up with the upgrades needed to help you with levels. What really bothers me is that if you spend 1000/500 gems to automate bed cleaning or heater/dryer type items(if you don't the patience of those in line dwindles faster). It is only for that hospital(and it's levels) so when you start another hospital you have to once again spend 1000/500 gems for each of them again. Truly upsetting to see.

I started playing this yesterday after reading all the reviews that its a pay to play game. Sad thing is it is. What makes it even worse is I really like it. However being stuck on the same lvl cause I refuse to pay will in the end result in me uninstalling. Nothing wrong with a game that's challenging, a lot wrong with advertising it's a free game which it is to install, but not to play. So disappointing!
