They have fixed the issues I was having, and it was super quick, too. All the manuals are showing up now, and I couldn't be happier with the app. Another great product from Springfield. None of the manuals load correctly. I have tried on three different models. The pictures load, but the text will not. Being as that was the main reason I got the app, I'm pretty disappointed.

This app would be cool if it worked correctly. I registered my Springfield Hellcat first, and that worked fine. But when I registered a custom build from an unlisted, independent company, it crashed and says my "there was an error loading your firearms, try again later." Now the app crashes upon log-in and is essentially useless, which is a bummer because I'd actually like to have a firearm inventory app

We're sorry to hear about the trouble with our app, and we totally understand how frustrating that must be. Good news, though - this is resolved in version 1.2.1! Please give the update a try and see your Hellcat and that cool custom build in the app. Thanks for sticking with us, and we're excited for you to try out the smoother experience!

I am intrigued by this app and look forward to it achieving its full potential -- it's convenient having access to digital manuals. Nevertheless, the notes function is still suffering stage fright on the Galaxy S22. Update (19JAN24): The app continues to improve and most of the initial bugs have been fixed.
