So I had downloaded this app, for STAYC's new album included AR photocards. In order to make them work, you would need to download this app. This wasn't a problem at first. It worked well and I was happy just as anyone would be if it worked. However, one day I had purchased the LILAC album by IU. It included an AR circle card so I opened up ILLUU because that's what it needed in order to use it. But, instead of working the camera screen was black. Please fix this as I want to use this app.

I decided to download this app again and try to see if it would work, but it still doesn't work. Evrytime I enter the app it still comes out black when I click the circle, please fix it. I've had the TXT album for a while now and I still haven't seen the AR video.

I'm so dissapointed i was expecting it to work perfectly like with other people and its frustrating that every time i click the scan/ camera button for the app it doesn't work its just black the other features works fine but i have issues in the camera and don't go to me saying you should've turn on and off your phone or install and reinstall the app power off you phone or something trust me I did everything it just wont work so dissapointed😞
