Ratings and reviews

I would like to give you 0 stars since it is completely useless now. Normally the developers should test the app thoroughly before publishing it - that is in your own interest. I managed to log in just twice . After 1st login I logged out. Then logged into another account and that showed stats from the 1st one! It's also crashing frequently. The design of the stats is nice but you have to fix a lot. Edit: now with the new update it works OK - thanks.

Great service, appalling app. I've contacted the support multiple times to report all the bugs I'd come across the mobile app. As a former software developer and a non-paying user, I took the time to make sure that the bugs I was reporting were reproducible. Nothing has ever been done. It's a shame really, because I love their service. Give this app the so much needed overhaul. Thank you.

I have found Statcounter to be an amazing window into my customers' behavior. Absolutely the best tracking and Analysis application I have ever found. And I have tested many of them. It's extremely user-friendly and complete, and I use it for both my wife's business and my own. Also terrific fast customer support. Do yourself a favour and sign up for a free trial. Seriously, I wouldn't consider running my business without it from this point forward. I have no finacial interest in this review.
