Pretty good app at imitating Windows Survey app. Unfortunately super frustrating when it crashes and deletes all your entry information.

I've paid all my dues, and I've only used three forms and now it wants me to add more money even though I'm already paid up very unsatisfied it costed me a lot of money. I don't remember when I made this review but everything got squared away and everything is really good to go....!

I have been using this app to do reports for my job. Very simple to use. I have no issues with the app. Great for short or detail reports. I like you can make notes in it for a big report say incident. Save it then go back and fill the blanks with details. Also when you sumit a report you have the option to down load it in PDF to keep a copy for your self. I like this app.
