Moreover, the optional subject was provided online instead of offline as promised. Additionally, some pre-admission promises were not fulfilled, and the overall quality of the services is not as expected."

in starting,using this app was good experience but now it doesn't give facility to download the video. I complained to My mentor and she said that she forwarded my msg to technical team but still there was no response, team needs to understand everyone don't have 5g network. 4g users need to download when their 5g user friends are not around

First of all the app UI is the worst among the other educational app, content(lecture/ppt/pdf/crux) is scattered in manner, anything at anywhere, no structural management. it's been more then two-three weeks I'm still not getting the crux material even I have raised this issue to the mentor one week ago. worst mentorship, only huge hawa hawai talks when they persuade you to take admission here. poor management you should learn from your peer organizations.
