OMG! I love this app, made a wrong transaction and had it refunded to me when I clicked Query in the history icon....tnx so much, haven't had any other telecomms do that for me before 🥰 Is it that you don't transfer funds to bnk accounts?

I think the app is okay. You buy data at a very cheaper rate and the customer care is most times available to resolve issues. But some issue with the app, is sometimes buying data from network like 9mobile, Glo is not always concluded. This always happened for this particular networks. I will be alerted that it is been processed but it will not be received by my customer and also the issue of network downtime in which you can not buy data in that moment

I've been using the app for some months now and I decided to leave a review today. It's the best app so far. Even when there's network problem or wallet funding challenge. They communicate with their customers on all platforms and find solutions as soon as possible. I just love how they relate with their customers apart from their excellent services. Kudos to subandgain.
