Update: After giving 1 star, they emailed me to say that "there are a lot of subs getting the same calls. BUT they did tell me about a new optional attribute that you can open it up from your locked screen, so I checked it out. Will see how well that works. So I rated them up by 2 more stars. Lately it seems that no matter how fast I get into the phone app to grab a job, it's gone before I can open the window. I only get about one out of every 25 to 30 calls.

With many substitutes using our service and similar services all receiving alerts for a new job simultaneously, many times it comes down to luck as to who books a job a split second before anyone else. Unfortunately, the job no longer being available can be a common occurrence even if you react quickly. We contacted your email with a booking tip.

I have used Jobulater, SubAssist, and SubAlert. By far, SubAlert is the best option. It is more advanced, allows me to automatically sync jobs to my google calendar. i can see at a glimpse the school. teacher. date, and time with the push of a button. I also get timely tech support. The reception is pretty good in most areas as well.

So I've used this app for 3 years, going into my 4th. Been a great app. But this year suddenly all my notification are delayed or fail to pop up until I move my phone. I've changed nothing on my phone since last year. No new optimizing apps or changes to setting that I can tell. I use a Galacy S7. It makes it almost worthless to have the app. If someone could offer some guidance that'd be great, otherwise I'll have to try a competitor.

Hi James, we recently pushed a fix for an issue that was causing slow alerts for a handful of users, are you still noticing a delay in getting notifications? If so please let us know at support@subalert.com and we can try to get to the bottom of it!
