I signed up this season and the service has really been great. Its spring time, so wouldn't you know it snowed 8 inches on the day my spring clean up was scheduled. It kept up like that for 3 weeks, rescheduled and then snow or rain. I certainly was frustrated with the weather, but I didn't have to do a thing about it. TaskEasy was on top of it. They rescheduled the work and got it done as soon as the weather cooperated. Very happy with the results and glad I didn't have to deal with the mess that I'm sure the weather was causing.

I use this app for 3 rentals. Its ok, Its very automated, set it and forget it. But one property had 2 incidents, where the lawn guy's equipment flinged rocks into the neighbors window, completely shattered, 2 windows, 2 times. Over six months of back and forth, to this day, no resolution. I made a complaint with the better business bureau. I decline all payments when he comes. While customer service is nice on the phone. they never really solve the issue. They never call or email with an update or status report. Absolutely nothing! However, besides, those issues, task easy is ok, lol. Its a set it and forget it service. The guys do a good job, my lawns look good, i get complements from my tenants all the time, except for my one property with the issues. lol.

Amazing service by the contractor...my issues were with the uncaring taskeasy corporate worldview regarding customer service...more than a handful of situations where I did my best to either cancel or postpone a task on either the app or "desktop" version, and on their end experienced a "glitch", where it reset and I had the service anyway...since I had no issues with the contractor and their work, penalizing them with payment withholding wasn't an option on my end...
