The new update of this app totally changed the user interface & it's not good. The old version was easy to use, understandable, & it was easy to see your data. This new version is very hard to log in, to the point I might as well just used the website. I don't consider face recognition secure. The old code login was secure and simple. It's hard to find where to transfer $$, access your credit score & associated data, or to just find hours of operation. Please change it back?

I haven't been able to open it for the last 2 days. Anyone else having that issue? Other than that, I was a little disappointed that it was so easy to get into after the update. I felt that having to "jump thru hoops" to get in made it so much more secure than any other app I had. Even my hubby couldn't figure out all the security passwords/symbols, which made me feel secure that it would be difficult for a hacker to access.

Having problems accessing my account or can't find any data that past couple of weeks. I don't see an update either. So I can't even see my info at all. This does not look good on a bank. For all you know you might be getting hacked this is not cool. When you try to call all you get is a automated system and you try to get someone on the phone takes forever.
