Broke within 3 days. The screen flickers and says 'Playback Error' no matter what I do (on either the app or with the device). The auto ID results should be taken with a grain of salt. Don't get me wrong, all auto ID software programs have limited accuracy (just like people) and will, given enough time, ID every possible species regardless of actual presence. But I was amused by the many wild IDs it generated within a single day (while it still worked). Because it is new, I'll give it 3 stars

I'd like to give this a higher rating. Hopefully they are working the bugs out and it will get better. I'm currently getting the "Error starting playback" msg on the app. I've had this before. I did submit a help request last time and they did fix it. Never told me what it was but at least it worked for awhile. I can tell the unit is still working because there are recent IDs on the website. Regarding the quality of the IDs, I'd say close to 90% accurate. But there are always ones I doubt.

A great idea, but mediocre execution at its peak and currently garbage. Worked ok for a while, though there were repeated, obviously inaccurate IDs. Then constant "error starting playback" messages started a couple months ago. Finally stopped being able to see my Terra entirely a few weeks ago. Reinstalling the app, restarting the Terra, etc., has done nothing. Hoping the upcoming update will fix some things, but right now this is basically useless.
