The application provide good information. However, it would be better if the app fix the glitch in the near future. The problem that occurs is that the app often closed itself whenever certain actions are done such as opening Bookmark option and to open certain news which are done from the 'search the article' in the app. This problem makes further informations become less provided for the reader. Nevertheless, with further improvement, the app will be nicely provided with great ratings. Thanks.

Update 2nd Feb 2022: the app is finally fixed and can be installed. As a yearly paying customer, I lost access for about 3 months. Will this be refunded? Since the update, the app won't install. Paying customer here. Please fix it asap. 4 weeks later update: sent email to Jakarta Post app developer with screen shots of the problem. Paying customer - yearly subscription. No reply at all from developer. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. I used to enjoy reading JakPost.
