My course is a safe and easy to use application for managing your service accounts with Claro.
My course allows you to see:
• Details of your account
• Equipment associated with the account (mobile service)
• Services currently has
• Information recorded on My Profile
• Consumption of minutes, data and roaming calls etc.
• Invoices
• And make payments

For starters, the free service for disabled isn't the best. It's not unlimited calls, only 1100 minutes. All of my family and friends, live in the states. So that's I serious issue! Most are unlimited calls! 2nd, this app is only in Spanish... so I don't get far,as I am still learning. No option to change languages. And the call center hangs up if no one speaks English, and the option to upgrade to more minutes on the app has been disabled, so we can't upgrade plan. Don't show remaining balance.

Never could log on. Tried with email like the option states with no success. Tried for password recovery just in case i was doing something wrong, but no such luck. I didn't bother myself too much just uninstalled it. Sad though, i would love for it to function properly but, seeing as how they are the only option available im this area, they don't seem to need to care about service.

Bloatware to be installed on phone just so it can log in to browser. It no longer offers fingerprint protection or login. Like I said before it is there to act as a mediator between you and the regular browser. I uninstalled it and will no longer be using it. It used to be better. Guess my payments will be done through the banking system since they want to implement unnecessary routing.
