I've taken a lot of online college coursework and this is my least favorite app so far. On mobile, the chapters bounce around and reload when you leave the app and come back. The embedded videos are not centered well and sometimes mess with navigation as well. There is no read aloud feature. On PC, you are not able to put the screen in dark mode, and there's no easy way to see which assignments are completed.

The app recently stopped showing questions, which means I can't answer and have to speak to my professors to get credit, or hopefully go through the process of logging in online fast enough to answer the question within the time limit. This would be annoying even if I wasn't paying for this app. Even when it's functioning, the app is slow.

I really dont like the new update they did. In my class we use it as in class points for showing up which is good but we also use it as a study guide. With this new update it takes so long to go over one chapter because each chapter has it's own questions and you have to unduvuallly click in and out of the questions making it more time consuming. The older tophat app made one chapter a cohesive easy way to study and go through it all in one swoop.
