Keep going around in circles and yet to be able to gain any discount/benefit from totum. Useless, other student discount platforms that are free and are much more user friendly and I have benefitted by getting discounts. Paid for totum and get nothing.

I can no longer access this app, ot won't let me sign in and just jumps back to the login screen - Samsung S23 FE Android 14

⭐Hi! :) I love the concept of your app, don't get me wrong, however, just a few points: - Sign up and verifying process is too long. For example, I needed to provide an insignificantly large amount of evidence (such as many photos) to get access. Maybe if you could, you could speed up this process? :). Sorry to give it a bad review, but if you tweak this sign-up process then I, and many others I'm sure, will give it 5 stars 😛👌💯
