Ratings and reviews

I can't verify my address because they ask for a photo of a printed document, for example a bank statement, but I receive all of that online. The support channels don't even bother to reply. Edit: they finally answered and said that they cannot provide services to UK residents. So why did you allow me to start the process anyway and choose enter an address in the UK?

I don't think I can redeem points through the app. I don't like the 7€ withdrawal fee. You still haven't released a debit card. The trading fees could be lower. Also I think I would like more transparency about the business model and the current numbers of the company. Very good interest rates and access to greek stocks.

Very hard to navigate the menu. Not intuitive.
