Navigating and purchasing on this app was the sigle worst online experience I've ever had. The is NO help for non Spanish speakers. There is no way to save your ticket selection. There is heavey delay in every action. Adding payment methods is stupidly complex and never works. I will never use this app again and I hope you do not either reader.

No english version. The app not 100% actual of info. Whatsapp help line not as liable. Payment center unreliable. Tried all options. Terminal personnel just as bad. Rude.
