App no longer compatible with my device?? A message popped up when I tried to log on on the app saying it needed updated. But when I go to update it says no longer compatable with my device and contact developers?? By looking at the recent reviews this is a common problem and it doest look like there is anyone working on a fix. Uninstaller as there is no reason to have an unusable app.

Update Jan 2025...I give up!! Still unable to log in & use this app! More than a year of frustration. I can no longer log in. I have uninstalled & reinstalled it. I've changed my password on the website & updated security preferences there, too. Website works fine. I have jumped through every hoop & still can not log in on this app. It used to work great, but it no longer does, & everything I've tried doesn't work. No fingerprint, PIN, or password recognition in app. This is beyond frustrating!

update to app will no longer open or run on my Oneplus 7 Pro cell phone. Maybe if you're going to update the app, at least make sure it works with older tech that still works and runs the current Android version 12. Maybe have an option to run older versions of the app, so people can check their accounts. Total failure on your part.
