Matsyafed, the Kerala State Co-operative Federation for Fisheries Development Ltd., was registered on 19th March 1984 as an Apex Federation of the primary level welfare societies with the objective of ensuring the total development of fishermen community through the implementation of various schemes aimed at promoting production, procurement, processing and marketing of fish and fishery products.
With the advent of the digital era and the proliferation of the mobile technology cutting across all economic classes, it is incumbent upon Matsyafed to reinvent and transform itself to meet the fast- changing expectations of the customers. A paradigm shift in the sale procedures of fish and fishery product is performed to meet the requirements of the present generation more effectively.
Matsyafed Freshmeen is an online mobile app owned and managed by Matsyafed Kerala State co-operative Federation for Fisheries development Limited .Matsyafed procure the fresh fish directly from fishermen and deliver to the door step of our pride customers without losing its freshness and quality. Apart from the fresh products, we have many others frozen and wide range of value added products i.e, ready to eat and ready to cook items under the brands Matsyafed Eats and Matsyafed Treats and food suppliments in the brand name Chitone.
The mobile app ensure the online sales and delivery of fish at your doorsteps from your nearest available store and courier delivery for other value added products and food supplements across state.
