Unusable. You can't actually log in from your phone. Verizon serves you a code to enter to log in via text message. As soon as you leave the app to go retrieve the code, the app restarts the log in process and that code no longer works. It's a never ending loop. Need the text to log in but can't check the text without re-starting the log in making the text code useless.

I rated a one because I cannot give it a negative rating. The app stopped working six or more months ago. This happened during an update. I called Verizon and they told me that I needed a high quality phone for their app to work. I never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. I told them that their app is the only app I have that consistently crashes. I sent the crash reports to them to no avail. I think that they, do not know how to fix it! Crash reports calls it "Buffer Overflow".

Can't log in deleted app to retry unfortunately it's not on wifi when I need to use the stupid app. How hard is it to make something that works. Other companies do so every day. Fire those who design this app and start over. I'm sure your average teenager could do as well and cost minimum wage update it's worse than before after Reinstall. I'm going to delete the app and possibly Verizon as internet provider. I have enough stress in life without my entertainment adding more stress
