Can't even log in since they're merged with o2. Update: inconsistency has nothing to do with case or cookies, I've had numerous calls to support, and the fundamental problem has been incapable of resolving twice now. Virgin way of dealing with it comes down to "well..we are working on it, you still can receive data and pay bills" Absolutely oblivious of what quality service is

Just bought 18 months contract. Really hard to log in either on website or app. Any process you start and let's say you minimalize the app or website it forgots everything you put in. So each time you copy some acc numbers area codes etc it just restarts straight up. So far 45 minutes wasted on only signing in process. And yes my cookies settings are OK.

Doesn't work. When trying to log in it asks for biometrics to be sent, I do that and it simply takes me back to the original page I started on.. pointless app. Cookies are enabled on my browser. When I try to reset my password "sorry something went wrong" when I try to log in it puts me back in circles.
