This is a scam app.. it will initially start to work perfectly and after sometime they'll start the real work. I recharge couple of times, sent several messages to these people but will not respond. This is not just 2 day or 1 week but 3 weeks. The third party happens to be paystack of which they confirmed my transaction and equally sent a transaction confirmation along with my complain but Alpha refuses to do nothing. So I'm taking time to help you yes YOU to not fall victim by the cheap rate.

This app has been doing well though with consistent calls disconnects, network issues among numerous issues, the recent problem has submit it all with the declining of all calls with the tag; Alpha has stopped!. I loose hope so far.

The app is not consistent... Not reliable... Only work when it feels like... Doesn't connect to 9mobile network... Very disappointing 😔
