About this app

Displays the day of the week and date in your status bar for high resolution devices.
With Date in Status Bar HD Pro the icons will appear bigger than that standard version as they are specifically tailored for HD devices such as the Google Nexus devices, Samsung Galaxy S3 and many more.

Limitations:
- In Android 3.0 or above, and Android 4.0 or above, the Android OS has "automatic shrinking and dimming" for status bar notifications to focus on the main activity. The
icons do remain at their full size and at full intensity in the notification area when selected,

I like this app. When it's working correctly the date and day displays in the upper left of the notification bar. Unfortunately it takes spells of not showing up. I have to knock on it's door to wake it up. I've tried different settings, but it's like a child, you have to stay after it and sometimes wake it back up. If there is anything you can do to change that unreliability, please do it. It is aggravating and I have the Pro version , I expect a dependable steady app. Could have been 5 stars

This app is very buggy but I use it because I like having the date in my status bar. It's fairly easy to work with, once you know how to get it back if it doesn't show up. I really hope the developer continues to upgrade this app. The appearance is great!

Displays the date and day in v small text, occasionally. I've gone weeks and several reboots with nothing showing. Only restarting the app cures the problem, which frankly is a chore. Developers need to address this bug. It should be set & forget. So I'm looking for something else!
