This app is confusing, especially the bill pay. I've not missed a payment on ANY account in years and years because everything is set up on bill pay and it was working. I was truly grateful for it. Now, however, some payments have been skipped and I cannot figure out how. Tech support was no help with that. They're friendly and they try, but it's all so confusing. It'll take a while for me to gain any confidence in this app.

This new app is more difficult to use than the old. Running balances are not shown in the dashboard transactions list. I discovered that running balance is only shown in the transaction list for the specific account. They show Bank Balance that includes funds that are being held-until-cleared and aren't available yet, and there is no display of Bank Balance together with Available Balance to make the distinction clear as there was in the old app.

The very best bank I've ever had, the app is beautiful, easy to navigate and easy to use. Customer service is better than anywhere you could go. The right choice is with WTB ✨✌️
