The old app worked well, this app is nothing but problems. It doesn't show transaction information. It doesn't update balance information. I thought my direct deposit didn't go through, but when I called they said that it had and what they show as my balance wasn't the same as what the app showed, suggested I refresh the app. Did so, nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now won't accept my password AND doesn't have an option to reset the password just have my user ID emailed to me.

Updated: Make sure you manually update the app after downloading it. Couldn't transfer money between checking and savings in the app before having to manually update. Most of the info on transactions is now just gone, just that you had a "POS" transaction with the amount and no further info on where the charge came from. You also can't set up biometric logins anymore. Which sucks cause I liked doing that before. Old App worked great the entire time I used it.

In my opinion, baffiling levels of incompetence. Looks nice but they broke it completely for android (android is now sporadically working) very unreliable. The app is inconsistent with what log in it wants to use. Sometimes it logs you out in the middle of an action. If you do not manually close the app it will reopen to the previous screen showing account info, which feels insecure for a bank app. The new app has also lost features and functionality that I would consider standard for banking.
