Ratings and reviews

The game play is excellent. It's everything else that's the problem. Online chat not helpful. Have to wait forever for an email response. Certain things on the app, i.e. challenges won't load. Gets a 3 because of positive game play experience or it would have been a 1. Customer service is seriously lacking.

This site needs to be investigated. I just played a couple hundred hands of 3 card poker (maybe even a thousand), and what is going on is statistically impossible. Dealer had AT LEAST 5 straight flushes. Me? None. He got 3 of a kinds, flushes, straights, WAY more than statistically possible. If I got anything at all- let's say a pair of 4s. He'd get a paid of 6s. If I got a straight, he'd get a higher card straight. It was to the point that I was just laughing out loud at it. Good luck!

Update: I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This app is 100% trash now.i previous gave 5 stars then 2 stars. The app has become garbage. The location verification boots u now about every 10 min. Just hope u don't have a good hand when this happens because it will be 5 min before u get back in. U have to completely close app and reload. I have been waiting for 5 days for withdrawal and am writing this while on hold for 2 hours and 37 min waiting for support. I'm deleting my account once I get $
