Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) is opening an application under the name βKEPCO ONβ so that you can easily and conveniently use KEPCOβs services in a mobile environment.
The services provided include inquiry and application for information related to electricity use, such as electricity bill inquiry and payment, electricity bill calculation, bill change, application for welfare discounts, customer consultation, and reporting of electrical failures and dangerous equipment. Inquiries can also be made through chatbot or 1:1 consultation.
