Update: my town is retiring Xpress. Good riddance, and I'm happy to have helped with that process. Keeps saying I'm using an older version, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the data and cache. Seems others have been having similar issues for over 2 months. I've complained to the company that issues my bills, and they stated they are looking at alternatives. Hopefully losing customers will prompt you to fix your app.

Doesn't work! I have the app on my ipad and works great. I was excited to finally see an android version. I login an it is all blank. Won't do anything. So disappointed!! UPDATE- After going back and forth with the customer service via email, i gave up and deleted it. The customer service wasn't much better than the app. I will keep using it on my iPad but as for my Android, I am done. 4/5-Thank you for wanting to reach out again but I emailed back and forth with no satifactory resolution.

It worked great and was super convenient a while ago. I don't remember the last time I was able to actually open the app instead of having to use the website though. The biometric scanner doesn't work, it will make me enter the password anyways and then when I enter the password it won't do anything. It'll just stay frozen essentially.
