About this app

The YEEDI App is a mobile App designed for YEEDI robot products. It supports the specified robot products in the YEEDI cleaning robot family. You may control the robot via the App and view more data that cannot be displayed on the traditional remote control.

Does not reconnect to wifi. I should have returned this unit when I have a chance. I am so frustrated with it, but I can't afford to buy a different brand considering what I paid for this one. An awful machine, and even worse app. I have never had this problem with any other type of electronic item that connects to my Wi-Fi. All of the others have an easy to reconnect, or they instantly reconnect. Not Yeedi. It just flashes and does absolutely nothing.

The app can definitely use some improvement. It's not very intuitive. I almost returned the robot because of the app, but after a month of working with it and the awesome customer support they have through email, I am now able to maneuver through the app pretty well. The biggest thing that needs to be worked on is the ability to divide and combine rooms. It maps the entire house and creates its own rooms that are not accurate. Having to divide them up is a challenge with this app.

I really enjoy my yeedi robot vacuum, but had known the app was this useless, I would've spent the extra money on a real Roomba!! I press "enter" on my unit in the app, and the screen is blank, literally NOTHING, and then app freezes. Can't access my room map, can't schedule cleanings, can't do anything advertised in the app. No wonder the reviews are so low, awful customer service!!!!
