Ratings and reviews

Can no longer buy tickets on the app, payment page goes blank after you've selected seats. Big disappointment, what's the point of the app? Doesn't seem to work on the website either, got through to payment page, took my money, website choked, no ticket.

The app used to be very good, but now it tells me that login is disabled due to system updates. Therefore I can buy tickets with the app, but not use my cinestar card. If I buy tickets using my computer so that I can use my card, then they no longer appear in the app. So now the app is totally useless.

Login has been disabled for months now. Ticketing works on occasion, but mostly gets stuck before the seat map for me. The company has fully given up. A disaster at this point.
