How to use Google Drive Sync:

When you hit the synchronize button the first time, the app creates the file "BBSync.bin" in your Google Drive. The file will be used for further synchronizations. You can move the file to another folder on your Google Drive and share the file with your family members so they can edit it and use it for synchronization too.

The permissions are needed for the synchronization.

My wife and I use this app to keep our spending in sync and our household budget under control; 5 years later and it's still an indispensable part of how we manage our money, but the frequently occurring sync issues with Google Drive are really starting to get to me, so docking a star. Essentially, I end up with duplicate bbsync.bin files in Google Drive probably at least once a fortnight, and I have to delete these before the app will work properly again. If the developers can fix these problems once and for all I'd call it a five star app for sure.

Great app. Especially with daily reminder and synchronize to Google drive and backup to phone too. Paid for pro and love the easy ability to move from phone to phone. It would be great to be able to clone another item by searching the whole database jot just the current month. This would make entry input about 50% faster. Nice to see some attempt at setting up recurring transfers. Avoiding the need to enter recurring transfers by cloning individual monthly transfers. Great app. Go purchase it.

App has been great for keeping family's finances on track. Intuitive and comfotable layout/interface. I like that I have to input all data to give me full control. Many other finance apps want to have you link your bank account to it. The synchronization function is excellent and works perfectly between myself and my wife using Google Drive. Definitely the most complete of the finance tracking apps I've worked with. I'd recommend this app to anyone in a heartbeat.
