DONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months. Never mentioned anything about having to wait before the simcard would work outside of Germany. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem. -10

Winsim is very terrible fraudsters company, but the authorities is doing nothing about it, imagine paying money every month when I don't even use the service for one second just because I sign a contract with them even when the their services is not working, I really called on Germany Government and securities agencies to look into it because so called Winsim com. are defrauding people alot in Name of operating company.

The language of the app cannot be changed into English. Winsim is most popular among the expats in Germany, still they don't provide an option to change the language to English. Such a pity! Hope you take my feedback and provide us this option.
