About this app

Beginnings are exciting because you're starting something. Ends are exciting because you're almost there.

Middles are so boring that time crawls to a stop.

Ten minutes into your study pomodoro session, fifteen minutes into your 5k run, or twenty minutes into piano practice is when the timer seems to stop dead in its tracks.

Fraction Timer shows you how much time has passed as a recursive fraction. When you're in the boring middle, a second timer subdivides the boring part into its own timer. Every time you check the timer, you can see real progress toward the an upcoming milestone.

I’m Wesley, a solo app developer. I built Fraction Timer to help manage my ADHD when I’m trying to concentrate. I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.
Keep your momentum. Don’t let the middle minutes slow to a crawl.
