You will have access to all of your documents such as your third-party payment card, health reimbursements, your child's school insurance certificate, etc.

Access your customer area on the My AXA app using simple facial recognition or fingerprint to manage all your personal or professional insurance online.

CONTACT AXA SUPPORT
The AXA Assistance service can be reached 24/7 from your app to obtain a tow truck in the event of a breakdown or accident, send a professional in the event of damage or any other situation provided for in your contract.

REPORT A CLAIM ONLINE
Car breakdown, accident, broken lock, water damage or any other disaster covered by one of your contracts? Consider reporting your claim online directly from the My AXA mobile application. You will also be able to follow its progress: from the opening of the file to your compensation.
