Please do not go for go mechanic. I have used the services a couple of times and every time the cost has been more than the actual service center would have charged. They would come up with so many issues even after the car has been serviced only a few months back. The worst past is the attitude of the service buddy and the so called escalation manager. They will not listen to you...period.

Had a very bad experience with service. Waste of membership money + have ruined the car. Had a hill assist+abs+traction light reflecting on the dashboard. They were unable to repair the same and on top a new indicator poped. The call rep enrolled me in a miles membership. Now will have to forgo that also. Would not dare to give it to them again. Guess the other 5 Star reviews are paid up reviews from Go Mechanic. Would provide a detailed information in the social media/YouTube. Stay tuned.

The app is very poorly designed. You cant cancel the order of your own. Very lengthy process to cancel the order and you have to take followups for the refund. Once you land on the payment page order will be placed automatically even the payment is not done. Never seen such a bad designed app. Never expected from gomechanic❤️
