Bad respond, i already order for twice because my package didn't pick up. I also report to their CS and they said just wait. But till now, they still didn't pick up yet without any confirmation. Wasting Time!

UX problem: Unable to use app, overlay "download" banner that cannot be closed occupied almost all screen Service problem: updating wrong status that goods is not ready for pickup at 7pm, even though it is reqdy for pickup since 1.30pm. Really disappointed for lying to the customer

- Useless pick-up service: never on-time, no courier picking-up, always have to complain to CS to make it get picked up - Useless and non-empathic CS team - Slow lagging app - Non-important app revamp
