Everything has been fine until few days ago, I was logged out of my account and I can't access it. I don't know what happened I have reset my password but still can't login to cpen account. Your response and help to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hey cPen team I maintained a streak of 15 days to partake in the KYC theres just a little problem, anytime I open the KYC and it starts scanning my face the phone just goes blank, I don't know if my device is faulty or it's the app but I have done a lot of facial verification since I got it and it works perfectly, please help with the issue or look into it. Other way the app has a very simple interface that I love.
