Ratings and reviews

We paid $27.26 to be able to scan more receipts than just the free 3 that you give. However, we CANNOT access more scans of pictures AFTER making an payment! If this isn't corrected in canceling that subscription & deleting your app & use a different one. The concept of this app is good so I'm pretty disappointed when your services cannot be granted.

This app use to be great. Now all I have are issues. I don't get my unlimited scans that I paid for. Customer service solution was for me to cancel my plan and repay my membership fee through their website instead of the app. I'm not paying twice for the service. Also, it sometimes just won't work at all. I can't even input my expenses. Waste of money.

Terrible app. I put hundreds of receipts in, but it started lowering the total rather than the amount gradually increasing. When I contacted services, they said there was a bug but had no idea when it could be fixed. So an accounting app that can't count accurately with no idea when it will count accurately again. Bizarre and useless.
